MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Heading to the beach Thursday? Here's your outlook on conditions from Surfline via the South Bay Dawn Patrol.

Expect a steady round of modest scale southwest swells with knee-waist waves and occasional stomach high sets for well-exposed spots.

The morning will start out clean to semi-clean with light/variable to light northwest wind. Light to moderate west to northwest wind will develop in the afternoon. Low tide will bottom at sunrise. High tide will peaks near 5 ft at lunchtime.
