Whiskey Red's Adds 'On The Docks' Weekend, Pop-Up For Sips & Bites

MARINA DEL REY, CA — Whiskey Red’s restaurant, in Marina Del Rey’s Fishermen Village, has launched a weekend, outdoor pop-up bar, On The Docks, offering street tacos, bar bites, chips, dips and cocktails.

The waterfront setting includes picturesque views, with a menu offering $3 street tacos, $2 chips and dips, and such $5 cocktails as the "Pretty Fly for a Mai Tai" and the "Rum Away with Me."

The "On The Docks" patio space operates Fridays 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The pop-up's menu features such $3 tacos as: BBQ brisket with cole slaw, roasted tomato salsa, pico de gallo, queso fresco; pulled pork with cole slaw, salsa, pico de gallo, queso fresco; and shrimp with lettuce, pineapple salsa, pico de gallo, mango, papaya, grilled pineapple and cotija cheese.

The $2 dips deal offers chips with salsa and queso.

And for $5 happy hour beverages, select from frosé, frozen mojitos, craft cocktails including the "Pretty Fly for a Mai Tai" and the "Rum Away with Me" and rosé wines.
