MARTINEZ, CA — A 43-year-old Martinez man was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of burglarizing three vehicles and a home on the 600 block of Sheree Drive, police said. At 7:45 a.m., police were alerted by a homeowner that the suspect, identified as 43-year-old Christopher Blake, was seen entering three vehicles and possibly stealing property.

As officers were investigating the suspected vehicle burglaries, a homeowner reported interrupting a person stealing property from their living room, police said. When the victim yelled for her husband, the suspect fled the home.

Blake allegedly entered the home after stealing the house key from a vehicle parked in front of the residence. He was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, possession of stolen property, petty theft and violating parole, and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
