2 Busted For Selling Drugs In Marin County: Police

Police said they found a car running with two occupants inside, sitting outside of a business in the middle of the night.

MILL VALLEY, CA — Police said they arrested two people Sunday in Mill Valley for possessing drug paraphernalia and suspected drugs for sale.

At around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, a Mill Valley Police Department officer said they saw a car with two occupants sitting outside of a business on Redwood Highway Frontage Road.

Because the business had been closed for hours and the car appeared to be running, the officer said they contacted the people inside of the vehicle.

Police said they spoke with the driver, Eric Pressley, 57, of San Francisco, and learned he had several active warrants and that he was on probation in another county.

The officer said they also spoke the passenger, Cassandra Williams, 35, also from San Francisco, and found out she also had warrants for her arrest.

After the officer placed them both under arrest for the warrants, they said they searched their car and found drugs, drug paraphernalia and evidence related to the sale of drugs.

Pressley was booked into the Marin County jail for transporting or selling a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance for sale, possessing narcotics with two or more priors, possessing controlled substance, and possessing narcotics in addition to the warrants, police said.

Williams was booked into the Marin County jail for transporting/selling a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance for sale, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing controlled substance and possessing narcotics in addition to the warrants, police said.
