SAUSALITO, CA — Authorities in Sausalito are searching for two unidentified suspects accused of stealing a safe from a downtown business in the early morning hours Monday.
In a news release, police said the pair targeted a business on the 66 block of Bridgeway between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m.
One suspect went inside the business and searched the area until finding a safe, then physically dragged it outside the business, investigators said. After exiting the business, the second person helped pick up the safe and load it into a vehicle that was double parked outside.
