Mill Valley School District - Public Hearing Notice

PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENTS OVER DISTRICT PROPERTYFOR PUBLIC ACCESS, UTILITY, AND MAINTENANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Education Code section 17556, et seq., the Board of Trustees of the (“Board”) has adopted a Resolution of Intent to grant to Pacific Gas & Electric (“PG&E”) certain easements over real property located at the , 80 Lomita Drive, Mill Valley 94941 for public access, public utility and public maintenance (“Easements”).
A public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Board on June 27, 2012, at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practicable, at , 425 Sycamore Ave, Mill Valley, CA on the question of conveyance of the Easements over the above-described property.

Copies of the Resolution of Intent described above are posted at Mill Valley School District Offices, 411 Sycamore Ave., Mill Valley, CA, Mill Valley Middle School, 425 Sycamore Ave., Mill Valley, CA, Tam Valley School, 350 Bell Lane, Mill Valley, CA; and Old Mill School, 352 Throckmorton Ave, Mill Valley, CA.

At the public hearing described above, any interested person may be heard on the matter of conveying the aforementioned Easements. At the time and place of the public hearing, if no legal protest is entered, the Board may adopt resolutions by a two-thirds vote of its members authorizing and directing the execution of grants of easements conveying the Easements to the City.
