Mill Valley Company Marries Premium Tequila With Convenience

That’s the idea behind a Mill Valley-based beverage company’s new ready-to-drink Margarita.

The company said the carbonated canned drinks are made with Blanco tequila using Weber Blue agave mixed with house-made triple sec, agave syrup and lime.
“The result is a fresh and bright tasting Margarita with sweet aromatics,” the company said in a statement.

The canned tequila has 10 percent alcohol by volume and one can is the equivalent of two drinks, the company said.
The Salt Point canned cocktail lineup also includes its Moscow Mule, Greyhound and Gin Highball.
All Salt Point cocktails retail for $4.99 per can or $17.99 for a 4-pack.
Its canned cocktails are sold in 11 states (California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Tennessee, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Connecticut).
