Road Reopened In Marin County After Gas Leak: Police

Police first sent out an alert at 10:59 a.m.

FAIRFAX, CA — Police said they shut down a road Monday in Fairfax due to a natural gas leak.

At 10:39 a.m. on Monday, the Fairfax Police Department sent out an alert telling locals to avoid the area of 98-108 Meernaa Ave. due to a natural gas leak.

Police said significant traffic delays are expected and to use alternate routes until further notice.
