MARIN COUNTY, CA — Locals may see smoke emitting from prescribed burns Thursday in Marin County.
Marin Water in Ross will manage the prescribed burn near Ross Reservoir and Phoenix Lake from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday.
