NWS said to expect flooding of lots, parks and roads and that isolated road closures may occur.
The Mill Valley Police Department recommends to:
- Secure or bring inside any loose outdoor items (e.g., patio furniture, trash bins, garden decor).
- Avoid driving in flooded or low-lying areas near the bayshore — do not drive through standing water of unknown depth.
- Allow extra time for travel, and plan alternate routes if road closures might occur.
- Monitor local news, alerts, and social media for updates — conditions may change quickly
