Fremont Resident Wins $2 Million Lottery Prize
She was one of seven people who won via the second-chance'Replay' program.

A Fremont resident won $2,000,000 in the California Lottery's Replay Program and was one of seven people across the state who won a second-chance prize, lottery officials said Friday.
The Replay Program gives scratch-off ticket players whose tickets did not reveal a cash prize a second chance to win using information from their non-winning tickets. Hieu Luu will receive the "Set for Life" payout over 20 years, lottery officials said.

Of the prizes won by the seven Replay Program winners, Luu's was the largest, by several orders of magnitude. The second-largest prize was $75,000, and the smallest prize was $500, won by Antioch man Roger Minaker. A total of $2,155,500 was won in second-chance cash.
To play for a second chance at top prizes, people who purchased Scratchers tickets can enter their ticket codes on the lottery's Replay website at replay.calottery.com, according to lottery officials. However, each ticket can only be entered once.
