UPDATE: Missing Fremont Teen Found Safe

Miloshi Mehta was reunited with her family on Monday after being missing since Sunday night.

A 15-year-old Fremont girl who disappeared Sunday night is home safe with her family, according to Lt. Tony Duckworth of the Fremont Police Department.

Miloshi Mehta was reunited with her family earlier this evening, though authorities didn't say where she was or the exact time. A detailed report had not yet been written, Duckworth said

Mehta is a Mission San Jose High School junior who was last seen leaving her uncle’s condo on Red Hawk Terrace Sunday, according to news reports. The Contra Costa Times reported she left around 8:30 p.m., while KRON 4 reported she was last seen around 10:30 p.m.

The teen is described at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has black hair and black eyes. Police said her left fingertip is missing from a childhood accident, according to the Contra Costa Times.

Miloshi was last seen wearing a gray Adidas jacket with white strips, black capri pants with pink stripes, a pink shirt and pink Crocs shoes, according to KRON 4.
