Deer With Arrow in Neck Walking Around Monrovia
The animal appears not to be bleeding but does appear to have trouble walking, according to the man who spotted it.

MONROVIA, CA -- A deer with an arrow in its neck was spotting walking around the Monrovia area, according to media reports.
David Fernandez told NBC Los Angeles the animal doesn't appear to be bleeding but has trouble walking when he spotted it while driving.
Fernandez has lived in Monrovia near the San Gabriel Mountain foothills for five years, so seeing animals traipsing around is not new, but a buck with an arrow caused him to do a double take, he told the station.

According to Fernandez, California Fish and Wildlife knows about the deer and was working to locate the animal and treat it. Wildlife officials told him the injury may have happened during a legal hunt. No hunting is allowed in residential areas, but are allowed in the wilderness area -- which is only a few miles away from homes.
Patch has attempted to get comments from Fish and Wildlife officials but calls have not been returned by 4:30 p.m. Monday. We will update once we hear back.
