Grocery Outlet Coming To Nearby Arcadia Next Month

ARCADIA, CA — The bargain supermarket chain will soon open its doors in nearby Arcadia next month, giving Monrovians another option for their grocery shopping needs.

To make the occasion, the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbing cutting ceremony at 10 a.m., Aug. 5, to help welcome the store to the community. As part of the grand opening, the chamber will also hold a raffle drawing for two tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Raffle entries are being accepted now through Aug. 3 at the Arcadia Foothill Grocery Outlet. Anyone into the drawing must be at least 18 years old to enter, the chamber of commerce said. Winners have three days after they're named to claim the prize.

Grocery Outlet is located at 165 E. Foothill Blvd. in Arcadia.
