Meeting Tonight Explains How to Join Monrovia Boards and Commissions
An informational meeting at City Hall Thursday will explain how to serve on the city's boards and commissions.

Come to an informational meeting tonight, Thursday, May 16, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers. Interested residents are strongly encouraged to learn more about each board and commission and what it means to serve. Email the City Clerk at aatkins@ci.monrovia.ca.us or call (626) 932-5505 to RSVP.
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE: Wednesday, May 22 by 6:00pm
Members of the Boards, Committees, and Commissions are
appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the City Council.
Members are volunteers who serve a three-year term (two-year terms for MOTAB), beginning July 1, and must reapply after each term.

Completed applications must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office.
