Crash Cleared On NB Hwy 101 So. Of N Lawrence Expwy
CHP reported the injury accident near Sunnyvale was called in at 7:48 a.m. It has since been cleared.

SUNNYVALE, CA -- As almost precursor of more to come, motorists found it slow going on U.S. Highway 101 Wednesday morning as a crash with injuries on the northbound side south of the N. Lawrence Expressway in Sunnyvale blocked the left lane.
The crash reported by the California Highway Patrol at 7:48 a.m. has since been cleared.
Farther north on the southbound side of 101 were delays north of N. Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View that have also been handled.

Motorists are also advised to watch for roadway flooding with a two-day storm system billed as the biggest one so far this winter.
Earlier Wednesday, CHP ordered a "Wet Roadway" sign for the crash-prone State Route 17, in particular at 2020 Junction Ave. on Wednesday morning.
