Proposed Budget in Council Study Session Today

Council will also consider an affordable housing impact fee during the regular session.

The Primary Night City Council agenda could have the elected officials, staff and public back at home to watch election results early this Tuesday night.

Closed Session

  • Begins at 5:30 p.m., Council will hear a presentation about the 2012-13 proposed budget and discuss final refinements to five-year capital improvement plan.

Regular Sesssion

Begins at 6:30 p.m.  and it's a joint session between the council, the Shoreline Regional Park Community and the Successor Agency to the Mountain View Revitalization Authority.

  • In its unfinished business item, the council will provide guidance to staff about the development of an affordable housing impact fee.
  • There will also be a closed session report about the negotiations in price and agreement terms for properties at 253 Franklin St., 240 Bryant St. and another unnumbered parcel on Franklin St.
  • Another closed session reports will disclose information about the negotiation in price and agreement terms for properties at 929 and 907 California St., and properties at 424, 428, 444 and 454 Bryant St.
