MENIFEE, CA — Firefighters on Wednesday were battling a brush fire in Menifee that had scorched at least two acres as of 2 p.m.

The blaze was reported along the 26700 block of Geary Street.

The fire had also involved a structure, according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
