$10K In Stolen Wine Recovered, Delivery Driver Arrested: Napa Sheriff
The driver was arrested on suspicion of grand theft, vehicle theft and receiving stolen property.

NAPA COUNTY, CA β A delivery driver is accused of stealing $10,000 worth of wine from a Napa Valley winery.
On Friday, deputies with the Napa County Sheriff's Office recovered the wine and arrested Jose Humberto Martinez in connection with the theft, the sheriff's office said.
Martinez said he was holding the wine as a way to get his final paycheck from his former job, according to the sheriff's office.

In addition to grand theft, Martinez was booked into jail on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent and receiving stolen property.
The wine and the delivery van were returned to the proper owners, the sheriff's office said.

Martinez, 29, was released from jail Friday on $25,000 bail, records showed.
