30 Condos Proposed For Vacant Lots North Of Vintage Ranch
The residential dwelling units would range from 2,065 to 2,695 square feet each and would feature modern industrial architectural designs.

AMERICAN CANYON, CA — The property owner of vacant lots north of the Vintage Ranch subdivision in American Canyon is proposing a subdivision to develop a new 200-room hotel and 30 private residences, the City of American Canyon said Tuesday in an emailed notice.
The city aims to inform the public early in the development review process about the proposed 19.75-acre site in the Watson Ranch Town Center Mixed-Use zone.
A "vesting tentative subdivision map" for the Napa Valley Ruins and Garden Hotel and Private Residences project reconfigures two large lots into 14 lots where the residences will be sold as condominiums.
