The roads will be open to travel at all times during construction. However, there will be short periods of time where traffic is limited to one-way travel with a flagperson at either end of the work area. The County acknowledges that construction may pose a minor inconvenience to motorists for a short period of time and appreciates the patience of the surrounding community. It is recommended that motorists seek out alternate routes during construction or simply allow for more travel time between destinations.
