Caltrans Announces Nightly Lane Closures On Hwy 29 In American Canyon

During the overnight lane closures through Oct. 3, crews will replace a culvert on SR-29 near Rio Del Mar.

NAPA COUNTY, CA — Nightly lane closures are scheduled Tuesday, Sept. 26 through Tuesday, Oct. 3 on state Highway 29 near Rio Del Mar in American Canyon, the agency announced.

During the nighttime closures, which start at 8 p.m. and continue overnight until 5 a.m., Caltrans crews will replace an existing culvert located on SR-29.

The lane closures are to ensure the safety of workers and motorists, and Caltrans said it will always keep one lane in each direction open to traffic.
