The eastbound lane of state Highway 37 just west of Skaggs Island
Road in Solano County is closed because of a jackknifed big-rig, according to
Caltrans.
As of 3 p.m., there was no estimate yet for when the eastbound
lane would be cleared. The westbound lane remains open, Caltrans officials
said.
The big-rig jackknifed around 1:30 p.m., according to the
California Highway Patrol. A Sig-alert was issued at 1:57 p.m.
Eastbound traffic is being diverted onto state Highway 121.
Westbound traffic on Highway 37 is backed up almost to Mare Island, CHP
officials said.
