Memorial Created at Site of Deadly Crash
Memories of Christopher Stade, Montana Montez honored with flowers, bench, prayers.
PHOTOS BY AL FRANCIS
A poignant memorial has been installed at the oak tree on Coombsville Road at First Avenue where two Napa teens died on Labor Day.
Flowers, a wooden bench carved with names and prayers, a flag, a Ford emblem and several crosses adorn the memorial where Christopher Stade and Montana Montez died when their car crashed into the tree.
Friends have been stopping by since the memorial was set up more than a week ago. A couple of friends were sitting quietly on the bench when Napa photographer Al Francis snapped these photos on Monday night.
