NAPA, CA β€” The City of Napa’s "Five-Way Intersection," located between Silverado Trail/State Route 121, Third Street, East Avenue and Coombsville Road, serves both local and regional traffic and is often heavily congested with long driver delays.

In partnership with the California Department of Transportation β€”Caltransβ€” and the Napa Valley Transportation Authority, the city seeks to make this intersection safer, improve bicycle and pedestrian access, and reduce congestion through the Five-Way Intersection Project. This project would convert the intersection into two modern, multi-lane roundabouts and upgrade curbs, sidewalks, bicycle facilities and storm drains.
