Napa CHP Invites New Teen Drivers To Start Smart Class

Register now for the upcoming class. Teen drivers must attend with at least one parent or guardian.

NAPA VALLEY, CA β€” The California Highway Patrol invites new drivers 15-19 years old in the Napa area to attend an upcoming class called "Start Smart."

The free, two-hour course is aimed at helping newly- or soon-to-be-licensed drivers become more aware of the responsibilities of being a licensed California driver.

Start Smart takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 23 at CHP Napa Office, 975 Golden Gate Drive in Napa.

To attend, teens must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian to attend.
