New dock is just south of Third Street Bridge.

Napa's new downtown boat dock is nearly ready.
The barge that had holding it in place is now gone.
The dock is located just south of the Third Street bridge adjacent to the Riverfront business/condo development.
Napa City Council recently discussed new rules for use of the dock.
