• Nightly Reverse One-Way Traffic Control on State Route 29 (SR-29) for Culvert Work in Between Rutherford, Oakville in Napa County (ca.gov) — Nighttime one-way traffic control is coming to SR-29 between Rutherford and Oakville starting Jan. 8, with detours affecting drivers heading toward the city of Napa. Work will run most nights through mid-January as Caltrans replaces a culvert and stabilizes the road, with an emergency project expected to last into spring 2026. Expect delays, follow detour signs, and drive cautiously through the work zone.
