Napa Police Lift Shelter-In-Place Order

Breaking: Part of South Jefferson was shut down and residents in the area were told to remain inside.

NAPA, CA — A shelter-in-place order for residents in the 300 block of South Jefferson Street was lifted by Napa police around 11:30 p.m. Monday.

The Napa Police Department sent an alert around 10 p.m. and stated there was police activity on South Jefferson and that residents needed to remain inside their homes.

Police said Jefferson was blocked between Old Sonoma Road and Locust Street.

Shortly after 11:30 p.m., Napa PD said the police activity ended.

Details were not immediately available late Monday.
