POLICE LOG: Embezzlement, Restraining Order Violation, Resisting Arrest
Napa Police arrest multiple suspects within past week.

A 20-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Kevin Charles Collins was taken into custody by Napa Police just before 9 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of South Coombs Street in Napa
While parked in the 200 block of South Coombs Street, an officer was approached by Kevin Collins. Collins`face was covered in sweat and he told the officer he was being framed for murder.
Collins claimed he had been at a residence in the 1000 block of Broadmoor Drive where he had seen someone shot. Collins thought the person was dead. He said people had been chasing him with guns and he wanted to go into the witness protection program. Collins admitted to using drugs earlier in the day

Collins was taken into custody for being under the influence of drugs. A search of Collins resulted in officers finding two suspected shotgun shells in his pants pocket. Collins was booked.
Officers checked the residence in the 1000 block of Broadmoor and found there was no evidence to support Collins` claim. All persons associated with that residence were accounted for.

An 18-year-old Napa woman was arrested on suspcion of allegedly embezzling $1,300 in cash from the Target store, where she was employed.
Stephanie Pablo was taken into custody Thursday at the store at 4000 Bel Aire Plaza in Napa.
An officer responded to Target regarding a report of an employee in custody for stealing money. The suspect, Stephanie Pablo, is a cashier at the store.
Target staff observed Pablo taking approximately $1300.00 in cash over the course of the last week.
Pablo was arrested and booked.
###Two Napa men were arrested on suspicion of parole and probation violations.
Ricardo Lemus, 23, and Dion Nathan Gallegos, 25, were taken into custody Thursday at about 5 p.m. in the vicinity of Freeway Drive and Laurel Street in Napa.
Officers contacted Gallegos and his passenger, Ricardo Lemus. Officers recognized Lemus from prior contacts as a documented gang member and they knew he was on state parole.
Officers learned Gallegos was a documented gang member and had five separate terms of probations, of which several had terms not to associate with known gang members. Gallegos’ driver’s license is suspended.
Gallegos and Lemus were arrested and booked.

A 48-year-old Napa woman was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, violation of domestic violence restraining order and probation violation.Rebecca Laura Oliveri was taken into custody at about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Hartle Court in Napa.
Napa Police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of Hartle Ct. When officers arrived on scene they made contact with Oliveri outside her apartment, throwing objects from the upstairs balcony.
Oliveri was arrested, transported and booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.

Arrested: Salvador Galvin, 18 Yrs. of Napa.
Summary:
A resident of the 4000 Block of Escuela St. arrived home at 0219 hours and discovered his sisters
vehicle was parked a block away from the residence. As he approached the vehicle Galvin exited
the vehicle and fled on foot. The resident pushed his sisters vehicle home and went looking for
Galvin in the area. He located Galvin at the Chevron Gas Station on Salvador Ave. and called
police. Officers checked the area and located Galvin on Byway East. Galvin fled from police
on foot and was taken into custody a short distance away.
Galvin was transported and booked into Napa County Department of Correction.
