Wine, Food, Films -- And The New Napa Valley Showhouse!

A gala is set next week for opening night of the "Traditional Home's" 2013 Napa Valley Showhouse.

The event will be held starting 6 p.m. at Charles Krug Winery, 2800 Main St.,  St. Helena.

 Krug wines will be paired with food from Chef Ken Frank, while guests will also get a preview of films from the upcoming Napa Valley Film Festival.

The "showhouse" is a remodeled version of Peter Mondavi Jr.'s former residence at the Krug winery, which he heads.
