Yountville Library Extends Hours Starting Next Week
New schedule starts Sept. 3 with up to 30 hours a week.
The tiny Napa County library in Yountville is extending its hours, starting Sept. 3.
New hours beginning Sept. 3:
Tuesday 11-5 Volunteer Extended hrs 5-7
Wednesday 11-5 Volunteer Extended hrs 5-7

The library, the smallest of the county branches, started as a single room in Town Hall. It has expanded since then, but currently only has had a 19.5-hour weekly schedule that was varied and somewhat confusing.
The new schedule, which totals about 30 hours, stabilizes the times and provides easier-to-remember time slots.
