The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is now serving passengers in all three terminals of Orange County's Airport.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA—With more people traveling by air again this summer, a quick and refreshing beverage is often the perfect pick-me-up. Now you can get one from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, no matter which terminal your flight is departing from out of John Wayne Airport. There are stores in all three terminals and one of them replaces a Starbucks.
Business travelers get a special perk. For the first time at any airport, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations at JWA are accepting the company's rewards program. So, travelers can collect points, redeem rewards and take advantage of all the perks of being a member.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a leading roaster and retailer of specialty coffee and tea, with roots in Southern California. The first one opened in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles in 1963. It’s known for its ice-blended drinks.

It sources ingredients and flavors from around the world and hand blends its coffee and tea. It also offers freshly-baked pastries and other grab-and-go food.
The number of travelers at the airport is increasing again, according to a JWA spokesperson.

In June, the airport experienced a 302 percent increase in passenger traffic over the same month last year, according to its website. That’s still below 2019 traffic for June, but that was before the pandemic and ensuing lockdown.
