The Flood Watch Advisory will remain in effect from Wednesday evening through Thursday evening.

"A warm low pressure system from the southwest will bring periods of moderate to locally heavy precipitation," the NWS said in a statement. "Most of the heavy showers are likely to occur Thursday morning. The rainfall from last week that saturated the soil would increase the chances for flooding impacts with the coming rains."
