Gifts Urgently Sought For Newport Beach Military Families

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Are you looking to give back to your community in a big way this holiday season?

The City of Newport Beach is teaming up with Operation Christmas this holiday season to collect gift donations for the families of military service members.

Residents interested in donating were asked to bring unwrapped toys, sporting equipment, gift cards or DVDs to City of Newport Beach facilities during regular business hours until Wednesday, Dec. 20 at 5:30 p.m.

Donating residents can find drop boxes available at the Civic Center, Police Department, OASIS Senior Center, community centers, fire stations and library branches.
