Firefighters Put Out Commercial Fire In North Hollywood
Heavy smoke was showing in the 3,750-square-foot building when firefighters arrived, officials said.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Firefighters put out a smoky greater-alarm fire in North Hollywood Saturday evening that started in trash outside a commercial building and spread inside.
The fire was reported at 7:45 p.m. Saturday at 11717 W. Victory Blvd., west of Sepulveda Boulevard, said the Los Angeles Fire Department's Brian Humphrey.
Heavy smoke was showing in the 3,750-square-foot building when firefighters arrived, Humphrey said.

It took 58 firefighters 40 minutes to fully extinguish the blaze, he said.
Firefighters confined the flames to an automotive repair firm while largely preventing it from spreading within a conjoined bar, he said.

No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
