Flooding Shuts Down Portion Of Lankershim Boulevard In North Hollywood
At least one car was stranded due to flooding on the North Hollywood street, firefighters said.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — A portion of Lankershim Boulevard was shut down in North Hollywood Thursday afternoon after at least one vehicle became stranded due to flooding, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The portion of Lankershim Boulevard between Sherman Way and Vose Street was closed just before noon Thursday. The area is low-lying and has been flooded due to ongoing rain, firefighters said.
Authorities have not said when the road is expected to reopen.
