Pipe-Wielding Suspects Beat Man On North Hollywood Bus
Police are searching for three men who beat another man into critical condition on an Orange Line bus in North Hollywood.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Police are hoping surveillance footage will help them track down a pipe-wielding suspect and two accomplices who fought with a man on an Orange Line bus in North Hollywood, leaving him hospitalized in critical condition.
The attack took place about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday inside the bus near the stop at Lankershim and Chandler boulevards, LAPD Officer Sal Ramirez said.
The driver pulled over at that Orange Line stop. The injured man was still on the bus but the three male suspects had fled by the time officers from the North Hollywood Division arrived at the scene, Ramirez said.
