1 Critically Injured In Northridge Crash
Two people were injured Saturday, one critically, when a vehicle crashed into a utility pole in Northridge.
NORTHRIDGE, CA — Two people were injured Saturday, one critically, when a vehicle crashed into a utility pole in Northridge.
The crash was reported at 6:32 p.m. in the 9800 block of North Balboa Boulevard, said the Los Angeles Fire Department's Margaret Stewart.

The critically injured patient was trapped inside the vehicle and extracted with tools, Stewart said.

The second patient suffered non-life threatening injuries, she said. It was unclear if that person was taken to a hospital.
