10-Vehicle Crash On 118 Freeway Blocks All Lanes

NORTHRIDGE, CA — A 10-vehicle crash on the state Route 118, Ronald Reagan Freeway, caused significant traffic Thursday morning.

The collision happened around 6:52 a.m. on the westbound 118 Freeway near Reseda Boulevard, according to California Highway Patrol. It was not immediately clear if there were injuries.

The crash involved a semi-truck and initially blocked all freeway lanes. The lanes were cleared around 7:23 a.m. Ultimately five vehicles needed to be towed, according to CHP.

The crash caused significant traffic from the state Route 405, Ronald Reagan Freeway, to Reseda Boulevard Thursday.
