5 Hurt In Rollover, Pileup Crash In North Hills

Two of the victims were in serious condition Monday. The cause of the crash was under investigation.

NORTH HILLS, CA — Five people were injured — two in serious injuries and three in fair condition — in a rollover pileup crash in North Hills Sunday night.

Paramedics were called to the scene in the 17000 block of West Lassen Street shortly after 7:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.

"Firefighters/Paramedics transported 5 patients total from the scene to the hospital," he said.

Authorities did not identify the victims by gender or age, nor did they say what caused the pileup.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation Monday.
