From City News ServiceIt took 39 Los Angeles firefighters 16 minutes to put out a blaze in a unit of a two-story Northridge apartment building, a fire department spokeswoman said today.It was reported at 11:35 p.m. Sunday in the 18500 block of Vincennes Street, LAFD spokeswoman Katherine Main said.   The blaze was reported out at 11:51 p.m., Main said.No injuries were reported.
