Call Today to Reserve Your Tour of the Oakridge Estate
Tours of both the house and grounds will be held on Saturday, March 31st.

The Oakridge Park Advisory is proud to announce, the greatly anticipated, Oakridge Estate spring tours in Northridge. Tours of both the House and the Grounds will be held on Saturday, March 31st. There will be two tours to choose from.
The Grounds Tour is a new addition which will focus on the property's geography, flora, fauna, agricultural and thoroughbred horse breeding history, plus view the tennis court and swimming pool. The tour will be a hike around the perimeter of the property The House Tour includes the 6500 sq.ft., two story house and backyard. This tour will be the same as the Sneek Peak tours of 2010.
The 45 minute, docent led, House and Grounds Tours will be offered between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. A telephone call is required to reserve a specific tour time.

All Tours will depart from and return to the Northridge Park Recreation Center at 18300 Le Marsh St. All vehicle parking will be at Northridge Park.
Shuttles will be used to transport all tour participants from the park to the house and then return to the park . Shuttles will leave the park on time, as scheduled. Late comers will forfeit their tour reservation.

Special Tour for DHH -- The 10:40 a.m. House Tour will have a docent trained in sign language. Please request this House Tour, if it interests you.
Please note requirement for the Grounds Tour: Due to the natural terrain, uneven surfaces, slope of fields, ankle high grass areas, and stairs without railings appropriate hiking footwear will be required. No flip flops, flats, or sandals will be permitted. Docents will check footwear prior to being loaded onto the shuttle. Bring a water bottle and your camera for this scenic walk.
To make your Tour reservation, call after 9 a.m., Friday, March 23rd to the Council District 12 Field Office 818-882-1212. When you make your reservation, please indicate your choice of House Tour or Grounds Tour. Tours will be filled on a first come first served basis. Space is limited so make your reservation now.

No reservations will be made online via email.
