A number of projects that could bring some noticeable changes to the community are on the agenda for Thursday's meeting of the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council Land Use Committee.
Representatives from Kaiser Permanente will talk about their plans to build non-emergency medical offices located at the corner of Mason Avenue and Lassen Street as well as garner feedback about the design.
A presentation will also be made regarding the design of Gripping Edge Climbing Academy at 19851 Nordhoff Place.
The committee is meeting at 7 p.m. at the Chatsworth Train Depot, 10038 Old Depot Plaza Road.
