Work is underway to convert the former Circuit City location at the Northridge Fashion Center into a Ross clothing store.
Vacant since the chain of electronic superstores went out of business in 2009, the building was often used for movie shoots and housed a Halloween store.
A represent at the shopping center's management office said an opening date has yet to be set, but will most likely be sometime in 2014.
