VAN NUYS, CA — The search continued Thursday in and around Van Nuys for a missing 58-year-old woman who suffers from numerous medical conditions and requires frequent treatment and medication. Carla Ettima last was seen about 8 p.m. Wednesday following her release from Valley Presbyterian Hospital, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Ettima is black, 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She was wearing a white blouse, a navy blue jacket under a pink jacket, blue pants and blue shoes, according to police, who said she uses a black metal cane. Anyone with information on her whereabouts was asked to call the LAPD's Van Nuys Station at (818) 374-9500. Anonymous tips can be reported to L.A. Regional Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477.City News Service
