L.A. to Require Condoms in Adult Film Shoots

The City Maven keeps tabs at City Hall. She's reporting:

"Actors in pornographic movies that receive film permits from the city of Los Angeles will be required to wear condoms under an ordinance approved Tuesday by the Los Angeles City Council.

"The new law was approved 9-1, with Councilman Mitch Englander dissenting and Councilmen Richard Alarcon, Tony Cardenas, Bernard Parks and Ed Reyes absent. The ordinance received preliminary approval last week."
