Man whose Remains Were Found in Rubbish Fire Near Nobel MS May Have Been Homeless
The Daily News identifies the 49-year-old as William Bret Steele.

Burned remains found at the scene of a rubbish fire near a middle school in Northridge were those of a 49-year-old man who was possibly homeless, it was reported today.
The remains were discovered about 7 a.m. on Oct. 6 in the 19300 block of Lassen Street, Los Angeles police Officer Norma Eisenman said.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the outdoor fire, and notified police that a body was at the location.

A cause of death was pending, but the coroner’s office identified the victim as William Bret Steele, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.
The body was discovered in a tree-lined area near the south side of the Nobel Middle School campus.
