Neighborhood Council to Hear Plans for 188 Homes
Developers of Hidden Creeks Estates want to annex Browns Canyon property into Los Angeles.

The Chatsworth Neighborhood Council meets 7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Lawrence Middle School, 10100 Variel Ave.
There will be a presentation from the developers of Hidden Creeks Estates who want to build a 188-home community in Browns Canyon. Developers will be seeking annexation of the property into Los Angeles to secure electricity, water and sewage service.
There will also be discussion of plans for an October special election to fill one vacant board seat.
