Join fellow seniors and concerned citizens for a powerful rally, Raising Canes, calling on
Congress to protect Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and our democracy.
The focal point of the events will be delivering a letter of support from Senator Elizabeth
Warren and Congressional allies to the offices. We want these workers to know that not only
do the grassroots support them, but there are Democrats in Congress who are fighting back
against Trump, Musk, and their DOGE lackeys to secure their jobs and the Social Security
benefits millions of Americans have earned.

The Chatsworth rally is honored to welcome CD-32 Congressman Brad Sherman as a featured
speaker, standing in support of senior constituents and working families. The West, Los Angeles rally welcomes a representative from CD-36 Congressman Ted Lieu’s
office.

Hosted by Northridge Indivisible and Indivisible West LA, these rallies are vital opportunities for the community to unite and make our voices heard loud and clear.

Don’t forget your canes, walkers, wheelchairs, and signs! Let’s show Congress we’re here, we vote, and we won’t be ignored.

Northridge Indivisible and Indivisible West LA
We are volunteer groups of grassroots progressives in Los Angeles County. We have joined a
coalition of Los Angeles-area Indivisible groups who are working together to drive political
change starting at the local level. We stand for inclusivity, equity, freedom, and opportunity for
everyone. We believe change starts municipally by building relationships with our local
communities along with our elected officials, to help increase voter turnout in every election.
We look for opportunities to drive change here and across the country and will work closely
with grassroots organizers in each area to assist in their efforts for progressive change.
Empowering each of our members to lead is crucial to the success of our impact.
